The Role

• Build, coach, and lead a team of door-to-door field marketers.
• Drive performance and generate leads for industry-leading home improvement solutions.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 7–12 representatives focused on outreach.
• Ensure lead generation and appointment scheduling with qualified homeowners.
• Transport team to designated neighborhoods and foster a positive, high-energy environment.
• Set the tone for team success and market growth through effective leadership.

What You'll Need

• Outgoing and self-motivated with a passion for helping homeowners.
• Quick thinker and strong communicator, capable of managing a team.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
• Leadership or management experience is a strong plus.
• Experience in recruiting and hiring team members is highly valued.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Tech-savvy and confident using iPads and digital tools.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
