The Role

• Lead construction sites of various sizes, typically for periods of 6-12 months.
• Supervise installation activities and subcontractors on-site.
• Document work progress, including measurements and site reports.
• Conduct site meetings with clients and other trades.
• Contribute to building and maintaining client relationships.

What You'll Need

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician, electronics technician, or electrical installer.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, potentially in a deputy site management role or construction site organization within the electrical trade.
• Willingness to travel for installations.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus.
• English language skills are desirable.
