Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA OTC / C2C Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of end-to-end customer-to-cash solutions across manufacturing and distribution environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, ATP/aATP, fulfillment, and cross-functional integration with Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and Finance (FI). This role will serve as the overall solution architect, driving scalable architecture, master data governance, system integrations, and business transformation initiatives while supporting future analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA OTC/C2C solution architecture, including order management, pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery execution, billing, invoicing, and financial integration.
• Design and govern pricing strategies, customer contracts, rebates, discounts, and commercial programs.
• Architect ATP/aATP solutions integrated with Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Define and govern Customer (Business Partner) and Material Master data structures to ensure accurate pricing, fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
• Lead integration design between SAP S/4HANA and CRM, eCommerce, CPQ, warehouse management, third-party logistics (3PL), and financial systems.
• Serve as the overall Solution Architect, ensuring alignment across SD, MM, PP, FI, WM/EWM, SAP BTP, and analytics platforms.
• Review solution designs, manage cross-functional dependencies, and provide architectural leadership to project teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders to support reporting, analytics, Customer 360 initiatives, and future AI-driven capabilities.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and compliant solution architecture aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC/C2C) processes.
• Minimum of two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with pricing configuration, enhancements, and commercial process design.
• Expertise in ATP/aATP design and integration with Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM).
• Extensive experience with Business Partner (Customer Master) and Material Master design supporting OTC processes.
• Proven experience supporting manufacturing and distribution-based fulfillment models.
• Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with customer-facing platforms, warehouse systems, and third-party applications.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect on large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional SAP modules including SD, MM, PP, FI, and WM/EWM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Experience supporting analytics, reporting, Customer 360, and AI-enabled business initiatives.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, or supply chain environments.
• SAP S/4HANA certifications are a plus.
