Job Description We are seeking a Senior Agilist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum facilitation, Agile coaching, and team enablement and a proven ability to guide Agile Squads to deliver sustained business value and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum events and ensure teams realize value from Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement. Coach Product Owners and Development Teams on effective backlog management, clarity of outcomes, and success criteria. Enable self-organization, cross-functionality, and continuous improvement within Agile Squads using empirical data and feedback loops. Identify, remove, and when needed escalate impediments, including cultural and logistical barriers and cross-team dependencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Scrum Framework, Agile principles, and software delivery lifecycle practices. Strong coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to teach and mentor peers and teams. 3+ years of full-time business experience and 1+ year of Scrum experience.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with practices that support agility such as CI/CD, Test-Driven Development, and Automated Testing. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Why BCforward? At BCforward, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
