The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Perform a range of services including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. • Manage vehicle stock, complete reporting, and maintain clear customer communication. • Operate with independence and trust to make the right decisions for each customer. • Represent the company with pride, embodying their values in every customer interaction. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with various light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
