FANUC Robotics Trainer

Job Description:
Role: Fanuc Robotics Trainer/Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Experience: 8+ years of Fanuc robotics experience with prior training/instructor experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver instructor-led Fanuc robotics training to operators, technicians, and engineers.
Conduct training on robot operation, setup, programming, troubleshooting, safety, teach pendant usage, robot motion, coordinate systems, and frames.
Develop and customize training content, exercises, training aids, and practical sessions.
Deliver process-specific training related to robotic applications such as welding, blasting, and inspection.
Assess trainee competency and identify skill gaps.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand training objectives.
Support continuous improvement of training materials and learning programs.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Fanuc robots.
Expertise in robot operation, programming, setup, and troubleshooting.
Experience delivering classroom and hands-on technical training.
Experience developing training materials and practical exercises.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Manufacturing or shop-floor experience.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in Aerospace or MRO environments.
Exposure to robotic welding, blasting, and inspection applications.
Experience as a Robotics Trainer, Instructor, or SME.
