Job description

TFCS is looking for the right candidate to join our IT Support team. Both part-time and full-time applicants would be considered.

Tasks Include
  • Respond to support enquiries from our customers
  • Review and action signals from RMM and EDR
  • Monitor backup services and investigate should they alert/fail
  • Working on customer onboarding projects
  • Create/maintain documentation relating to customer's IT infrastructure, our deployed solutions and inhouse FAQ database
  • Provide recommendations internally on how we can improve our current IT stack and support infrastructure
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Deployment and management experience with Microsoft solutions including Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune
  • Administration experience with MS SharePoint and/or the MS Power platform
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI
  • Experience with Telecommunications solutions
  • Demonstratable experience maintaining discipline while working from home
Location

This role is remote and can be performed anywhere in Australia.
