We're looking for ambitious, motivated
Outside Sales Representatives who are ready to build a successful career in sales while helping homeowners protect and improve their homes. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll receive 3 warm, vetted leads every day
. This is a full-service exterior sales position
, with opportunities to sell projects including:
Windows
This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $1,000 after 3-week training completion and $4,000 at 90 days of employment.

Travel directly from home to customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle
Conduct thorough exterior home inspections
Enter attics when required to evaluate conditions and document findings
Safely access roofs and complete our 21-Point Roof Inspection
Take detailed photos and document the condition of the home
Present project options, pricing, warranties, and financing
Guide homeowners through the sales process and close the sale
Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through the completion of the project
Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
Participate in ride-along appointments and continued coaching
Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals
Motivated by performance and earning potential

~ Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
~ Willing to learn and demonstrate mastery of our sales system
~No prior sales experience required.
