Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:
Meet with homebuyers and understand their goals
Show properties and guide buyers through the purchase process
Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
Manage clients from consultation through closing
Follow up with leads and appointments using
CRM and sales systems
Manage your pipeline, calendar, and follow-up
Deliver excellent service that drives referrals and repeat business
Qualifications:

Comfortable with
