The Role

What You'll Need

• State-certified qualification as a nurse (Pflegefachkraft, Krankenschwester, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Pflegefachmann) or geriatric nurse (Altenpfleger), or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in fundamental patient care, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and decubitus prophylaxis.
• Strong empathy, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility.
• A desire for ongoing training and further education.
• A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement for all roles.
