The Role

• Setting up and operating processing machinery
• Performing quality checks and documenting results
• Carrying out maintenance, cleaning, and preventive upkeep of equipment
• Ensuring adherence to delivery schedules
• Maintaining the technical condition of operational resources
• Supporting testing of new technologies and processes
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Maschinen- und Anlagenführer, Packmitteltechnologen, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• A high degree of responsibility and a commitment to quality
• Independent and goal-oriented work style
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
