Job description

DyFlex is seeking a Senior SuccessFactors Talent Consultant to lead design, implementation, optimization and support of SmartRecruiters and other Talent module solutions for our clients across Australia.

You will work closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR and IT, translating business requirements into scalable recruitment technology outcomes, while managing client relationships and mentoring junior consultants.
