What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years' technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience post-qualification. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet. • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
