What role will you play?

As a Business Analyst within our EMEA Transaction Reporting team, you will combine business analysis and operational expertise to support the delivery of regulatory transaction reporting obligations across a range of derivative products. Working closely with colleagues across business, technology and compliance teams, you will analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help deliver practical solutions that strengthen reporting quality, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Transaction Reporting Lead, you will contribute to regulatory change initiatives, support day-to-day operational activities and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure effective outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment. This opportunity is offered on an 18-month fixed-term contract.

What you offer

  • Experience in business analysis with exposure to regulatory transaction reporting within financial services
  • Exposure to financial products such as commodities or foreign exchange, or knowledge of regulations including EMIR, MiFID, REMIT or SFTR
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to build collaborative relationships across business, technology and compliance teams
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
