The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, adapting to changing schedules, and representing the organization professionally at community locations and hiring events.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Execute weekly in-market candidate attraction activities, including collateral placement and material refreshes.
- Visit community partner locations to maintain and replenish hiring materials such as flyers, posters, and QR codes.
- Distribute referral program materials and engage associates as directed by the Market Response Specialist.
- Attend and support local hiring events, job fairs, information sessions, and community outreach activities.
- Perform grassroots canvassing, including door-to-door business outreach and posting materials in high-traffic community locations.
- Engage with local residents, businesses, community organizations, and potential candidates to promote available employment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners and local organizations.
- Collect and report local market intelligence, including competitor activity, community feedback, transportation barriers, and other observations that may impact recruiting.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs of activities completed, locations visited, materials placed, and interactions conducted.
- Prepare and submit weekly activity reports documenting outreach activities, execution status, and field observations.
- Serve as a Referral Ambassador for the assigned site by engaging associates about referral opportunities during breaks and standups.
- Coordinate with community partners for material drop-offs and ongoing relationship-building activities.
- Support recruiting efforts in local or rural markets where traditional recruiting and marketing methods may have limited reach.
- Travel locally, when needed, to support job fairs, community events, partner locations, and other candidate attraction activities.
- Flexible 32-hour weekly schedule.
- Schedule may vary depending on local market needs and scheduled events.
- Most work will take place during early morning or daytime hours.
- Occasional evening activities may be required for specific community events.
- Weekend availability is required as needed.
- Start times may be as early as 5:00 AM, while occasional events may run later in the evening.
- Individual workdays may vary in length, typically around 4–8 hours, with occasional longer days based on business needs.
- The maximum workday may occasionally reach approximately 10 hours.
- Some work will be conducted onsite, while certain activities may be performed remotely.
- The role is primarily field-based and may require working independently at assigned locations.
- Regular virtual communication, meetings, and touchpoints with the broader team will be required.
- Local travel within approximately a 30–45-minute radius of the assigned market may be required.
- Mileage reimbursement may be available for approved travel to job fairs and other local events.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must live within approximately a 30–45-minute commuting distance of the assigned market location.
- Reliable personal transportation for local market travel.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment while following established processes and a defined playbook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly for activity tracking and reporting.
- Comfortable approaching people, starting conversations, and engaging with community members, local businesses, employees, and potential candidates.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules, locations, priorities, and community needs.
- Dependable and accountable for completing assigned activities and reporting requirements.
- Availability to work a flexible 32-hour schedule, including some weekends, early mornings, or occasional evenings.
- 6 months–1 year of customer service experience or similar people-facing experience.
- Experience with field-based outreach, canvassing, community engagement, or grassroots marketing.
- Familiarity with local communities, businesses, organizations, or community resources.
- Experience supporting or coordinating job fairs, hiring events, information sessions, or community events.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce development, or talent attraction.
- Experience working independently in a field-based or community-facing role.
- Experience building relationships with community organizations or local partners.
