The Role • Greet all customers promptly and courteously, leading them through the entire sales process. • Effectively educate customers on the benefits of the employer's offerings, including financial products and financing options. • Conduct test drives, ensuring customers understand vehicle operating features. • Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track customer interactions. • Maintain required unit averages and PVR/VSC standards. • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
