Construction Manager

Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with 8+ years of industrial or commercial construction experience to oversee project planning, scheduling, quality, cost, and on-site safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models for constructability.
• Manage project schedules, resources, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment.
• Conduct field inspections and ensure quality, code, and specification compliance.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates, material costs, and change orders.
• Implement site safety procedures and hazard assessments.
• Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of industrial or commercial construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and blueprint reading.
• Experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• CCM and/or OSHA certification preferred.
