Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Test Manager/QA Lead with 11+ years of experience to lead quality assurance activities for a large-scale Healthcare Electronic Health Record (EHR) SaaS implementation. The role is responsible for QA strategy, test planning, execution, governance, and coordination across business, IT, vendors, and clinical teams to ensure successful system implementation and deployment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA strategy, test planning, execution, and governance.
  • Manage functional, integration, regression, ETL, data migration, interface, and UAT testing.
  • Validate EHR data migration, data conversion, and reconciliation from legacy systems.
  • Coordinate testing of interfaces, inbound/outbound data feeds, and SaaS releases.
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence.
  • Track defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM and provide testing status reports.
  • Collaborate with business users, clinical SMEs, IT teams, and vendors throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data integrity, and quality standards.
 
Required Skills:
  • 11+ years of experience as a QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager.
  • 11+ years of hands-on experience with data validation, data migration, and ETL testing.
  • 11+ years of experience leading functional testing across EHR modules, including clinical, scheduling, orders, medications, documentation, and billing.
  • 11+ years of experience validating end-to-end workflows across clinical and administrative users.
  • 11+ years of experience leading data migration and conversion validation from legacy EHR and ancillary systems.
  • 11+ years of experience validating patient, clinical, pharmacy, billing, and historical data for accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.
  • 11+ years of experience ensuring SaaS configuration changes and vendor releases are thoroughly tested.
  • 11+ years of experience coordinating testing of interfaces, inbound/outbound data feeds, and downstream reporting.
  • 11+ years of experience creating and maintaining test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, and test evidence.
  • 11+ years of proficiency with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or HP ALM.
  • 11+ years of experience coordinating testing activities with vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience supporting EHR implementations involving clinical, pharmacy, and billing workflows.
  • 6+ years of knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7, FHIR, CCD/CDA, ICD, and CPT.
  • 6+ years of understanding HIPAA, healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • 6+ years of experience supporting state government or public sector healthcare systems.
