The Role

• Lead strategic sourcing and recruitment efforts for technology roles.
• Partner closely with IT leaders and HR to understand talent requirements and shape hiring strategies.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing, with a focus on technology talent.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a positive and driven attitude.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
