Potters Resorts - based at Five Lakes, Maldon, Essex
At Potters Resorts, we know that exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional people. That's why we're looking for an experienced, commercially minded and people-focused Group HR Manager to join our management team, based at Potters Resorts Five Lakes.

The Role

Support the implementation of Group HR initiatives, ensuring policies, procedures and best practice are embedded across the Resort.
Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, helping to create an environment where everyone feels valued and able to succeed.

About You
You'll be an experienced senior HR professional with a broad generalist background and strong practical employee relations expertise. You'll have the confidence and judgement to manage complex matters independently, support senior operational leaders and step across both Resorts when the needs of the business require it.
With a broad generalist HR background, you'll thrive on building trusted relationships and supporting people to be at their best. You'll be practical, approachable and commercially aware, with the confidence to provide sound advice, challenge constructively where needed, and work collaboratively to find positive solutions for both our Team Members and the business.
