Senior AI Healthcare Support Engineer

Heidi is hiring a Support Engineer in Melbourne to diagnose, resolve, and prevent complex issues in our AI-powered healthcare product. You'll own issues end-to-end, work with engineering and product teams, and directly impact reliability and patient care.

You'll escalate when needed, build product expertise, analyze root causes, monitor server health, and help scale our platform across high-trust clinical environments.
