Job Description

Remote: Remote options may be available for candidates with strong, directly relevant experience.

Schedule: 37.5–40 hrs/week | Minimum 4 onsite days/month

Job Summary:

  • Lead technical operations and implementation for a large-scale enterprise technology program.
  • Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee SaaS/cloud systems, integrations, testing, monitoring, security, and compliance.
  • Manage technical risks, issues, deliverables, SLAs, and operational readiness.
  • Support UAT, QA, performance, security, and end-to-end testing.
  • Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of IT design, implementation, or technical operations experience.
  • Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with SaaS/Cloud, SQL, databases, APIs, middleware, and system administration.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, security, NIST, ITIL, or ISO.
  • Experience with enterprise implementations, testing, vendor management, and risk resolution.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
