The Role • Greet all customers promptly and courteously, leading them through the entire sales process. • Effectively educate customers on vehicle benefits, financial products, and financing options. • Utilize CRM tools to track all customer interactions and manage follow-ups post-purchase. • Maintain unit average, PVR, and VSC requirements set by the store. • Conduct test drives, ensuring customers understand vehicle operating features. What You'll Need • A friendly, positive attitude and strong team player mentality. • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. • A strong customer service mentality and professional demeanor. • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • Proficiency in computer skills.
