Job Description

AYAN InfoTech is looking for Support Engineer (GE Smallworld GIS) to join an exciting project based in Sydney. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: Support Engineer (GE Smallworld GIS)
Location: Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years
Job Summary:

  • Provide Level 2 support for the GE Smallworld GIS system during business hours.
  • Onshore Resource to Support Hydra, Spatial and WMS Platforms
  • Availability to provide support for out-of-hours deployments on an ad hoc basis.
  • Demonstrated experience in Small world support and/or development
  • Strong proficiency in Magik

  • Smallworld (v3/v4 for GSS and v5 for Spatial Futures)
  • Magik (Smallworld programming language)
