Master Mechanic for Operations Management (Automotive Glass) | Aalen, Germany | On-site

The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK certified), overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Advise and support customers from order placement to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards and corrective actions.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, with ideally several years of professional experience as a Master Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Body Shop Technician.
• Willingness to undertake the proficiency test for Operations Management or already hold relevant certification.
• A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills.
• Proficiency in PC use and comfort with administrative tasks.
• Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, valuing trust and collaboration.
