The Role

• Support Clinical Supplies Project Managers in the provision of clinical trial materials.
• Act as a central point of contact for standardized activities across various global clinical studies.
• Collaborate on the planning, organization, and coordination of trial materials for clinical study execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of clinical trial materials by managing order placement for packaging and labeling within the inventory management system.
• Assist project managers with extensions and revisions of clinical trial materials as needed.
• Contribute to the development of new concepts and strategies for clinical material provision.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or dual study in natural sciences or healthcare professions.
• Foundational knowledge in project management.
• Experience in development or GMP/GCP environments.
• Understanding of GMP/GCP regulations.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Excellent German and English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
