ATM Implementation Analyst
Remote Role
Fulltime/W2-Infinite Computer Solutions
Lead the charge on ATM deployments for top financial institutions as the driving force behind client implementations. If you thrive at the intersection of client communication and technical problem-solving, this is your stage to own projects from planning to a successful "go live."
What You'll Do
  • Be the Main Point of Contact: Guide clients, vendors, and internal teams seamlessly through ATM onboarding.
  • Configure & Launch: Translate client needs into system configurations, stage terminals, and oversee live deployments.
  • Troubleshoot & Solve: Fast-track technical issues, debug networking roadblocks, and ensure a smooth rollout.
What You Bring
  • 1 to 3 years of technical support, customer configuration, or application support experience.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles and telecommunication environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations.
  • Background in banking, EFT, transaction processing, or ATM systems (a big plus!).
