The Role

• Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies and processes for configuration management initiatives.
• Oversee and improve configuration management processes, ensuring the quality and integrity of hardware and software configurations across environments.
• Lead a team of Configuration Management Process Analysts, establishing goals and managing day-to-day operations.
• Conduct quality audits of configuration management processes, documentation, and outcomes.
• Assess the impact of changes on other services and Configuration Items (CIs).
• Track program risks, action items, and assess the cost of changes.

What You'll Need

• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in network operations, quality assurance, or related roles.
• ITIL V3 or 4 certification and training.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, with experience in automation testing tools and scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of network technologies, capacity management principles, and ITSM processes.
