Test Automation Engineer – AI Testing | Selenium | Playwright

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer with 10+ years of experience in software testing and automation, with strong hands-on expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Java/Python, TestNG, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will focus on building and upgrading traditional test automation frameworks to work alongside modern AI/GenAI-based validation and testing models.

The consultant will be responsible for developing scalable automation solutions, integrating AI-driven validation into existing testing architectures, improving test coverage, and supporting continuous testing across enterprise applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation, QA Engineering, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright, including building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
• Develop and integrate AI/GenAI-based testing and validation capabilities with traditional automation frameworks to improve test coverage and intelligent test execution.
• Work extensively with Java/Python, TestNG, API automation, and CI/CD pipelines to develop and execute automated test suites.
• Analyze automation failures and test results, improve framework reliability, and implement AI-assisted test generation, validation, defect analysis, and test optimization where applicable.
