The Role • Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions. • Act as a consultative sales representative supporting installation and warranty processes. • Focus on company-generated and pre-set leads, eliminating cold-calling and canvassing. • Close sales within a single consultation, leveraging strong product knowledge and presentation skills. • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Develop strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication. What You'll Need • Previous in-home residential sales experience. • Proven ability to close sales in one visit is highly preferred. • Familiarity with HVAC systems is advantageous. • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Must pass a background check and drug screening. • Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
