  • Deep SAP HCM expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll and Time Management, including system design, configuration, and modernization projects
  • Modernization experience: Familiar with transitioning from on-premise HCM to modern platforms (e.g., Employee Central Payroll)
  • Detail-driven functional knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll schemas, time evaluation rules, integrations with finance and core HR (e.g., EC)
  • Migration and integration skills: Skilled at handling data migration, testing, and integration across legacy SAP ECC HCM, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems
