Role: Principal / Lead Software Engineer

Job Details:

* LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

* The manager specifically wants candidates who have actual Lead/Principal-level experience and can technically guide an engineering team.

Candidates should have experience with:

* Leading and mentoring 4-8 engineers

* Conducting code reviews and establishing coding standards

* Making and influencing technical and architectural decisions

* Removing technical blockers and guiding engineers

* Partnering with Product Managers and Architects

* Translating business requirements into technical roadmaps

* Driving engineering best practices, CI/CD, security and observability

* Participating in technical interviews and hiring

* Working effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

* Supporting Agile/Scrum teams and facilitating sprint ceremonies

Strong hands-on experience in:

* Java 11+

* Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/Spring Security / Spring Data

* MS SQL/T-SQL - complex queries, stored procedures, indexing & performance tuning

* React - strong modern front-end experience

* Kafka - event streaming & distributed microservices

* Claude/AI tools - hands-on experience

* Microservices architecture

* Docker/Kubernetes / AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform - strong plus
