Must-Have Skills:

• Experience managing structured innovation and prototyping lifecycles, including ideation, shaping, rapid prototyping, reviews, and proof-of-concept planning.
• Ability to translate opportunities into testable concepts, defining value hypotheses, assumptions, success criteria, scope, and practical implementation plans.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, IT, Engineering, Architecture, UX, Analytics, Privacy, Legal, Security, and Compliance, with a focus on governance and enterprise standards.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience using evidence and experimentation results to advance, refine, or discontinue initiatives based on business and technical outcomes.
• Experience planning transitions from prototypes to proofs of concept, including dependencies, risks, governance requirements, user involvement, and enterprise readiness.
