Intervention Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven intervention strategies to improve product outcomes and user experience
• Analyze performance data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for targeted interventions
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers on solution design and execution
• Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on intervention programs using metrics and experimentation
• Document intervention frameworks, workflows, and best practices for cross-team use
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on intervention tools and methodologies
• Ensure interventions align with ethical AI and compliance standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI models through feedback loops and insights
