Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Integration Developer for a remote role.

Overview:
We are partnering with a large, nationally recognized enterprise undergoing a major workforce technology transformation. This is an opportunity to join a highly stable organization with a long track record of investing in both its people and technology. The environment is complex, collaborative, and offers the chance to work on enterprise-scale Workforce Management initiatives that directly support core business operations. The role is primarily remote, with an onsite expectation of four days per month, providing excellent flexibility while still allowing for meaningful collaboration with the team.

Key Tasks:
* Design, configure, develop, and support UKG Workforce Management solutions
* Build and maintain integrations using Dell Boomi and related integration technologies
* Support Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Payroll-related workflows
* Troubleshoot production issues, integrations, and system performance
* Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
* Participate in upgrades, testing, deployments, enhancements, and production support
* Help drive continuous improvement across enterprise Workforce Management processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, or Kronos Workforce Central
* Experience with Boomi integrations (or similar enterprise integration platforms)

Strong understanding of:
* Timekeeping
* Scheduling
* Pay Rules
* Accruals
* Attendance
* Payroll integrations

* Experience supporting enterprise production environments
* Familiarity with APIs, REST, JSON, XML, SQL, and enterprise integrations
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functional and technical teams
* Boomi and/or UKG certifications are highly desirable

Additional Information:

* Interview-related travel expenses are covered by the client

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
