The Role • Answer inbound calls to support students with university loan applications, including payments, eligibility, and funding. • Provide comprehensive assistance and information to students and their families regarding financial aid. • Play a crucial role in helping students achieve their academic future by supporting their financial needs. • Manage a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced contact centre environment. • Navigate multiple complex systems accurately and efficiently to resolve customer queries. • Handle challenging calls with resilience, aiming to achieve quality and average handling time targets.
