The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to our residents.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities with residents.
• Assist residents with daily living tasks and challenges.
• Implement documentation and care planning processes.
• Maintain close contact with residents, their families, and medical professionals.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are followed and contribute to the professional guidance of care support staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a geriatric or general nurse.
• Additional qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• Genuine enjoyment in working with elderly and frail individuals.
• Strong empathy and a sense of responsibility.
