Description
This contract position based in Chicago, IL, focuses on enhancing desktop platforms and user experiences. 
The role involves managing application packaging, endpoint engineering, and Windows image management. 
Proficiency in generic technology solutions for device management and automation is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Package and publish applications using application virtualization tools.
Administer endpoint management solutions and support device provisioning.
Assist with image development and maintain application baselines.
Reduce incident volume and develop monitoring improvements.
Collaborate with support teams to enhance troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications
Strong experience with endpoint management solutions.
Proficient in Windows Administration and Application Packaging.
Experience with scripting languages for automation.
Knowledge of virtual desktop infrastructure and device provisioning tools.
Familiarity with directory services and identity management solutions.
