Job Title - AI Program manager

Location - Remote

SKILLSET: Program Management, PMO Hygiene, Stakeholder Management, Multiple workstream governance. need someone strong.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Cloud transformation programs.

Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.

Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams.

Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology teams, and delivery organizations.

Change management.

PMO & Governance Excellence

Establish and maintain strong PMO governance processes.

Drive program reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.

Monitor program health through dashboards, KPIs, RAID logs, and status reports.

Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Management

Engage and influence senior leadership, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients.

Act as the primary escalation point for program issues and risks.

Build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

Provide clear communication and executive-level presentations on program progress.
