Title: FGPP Senior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

Location: Jersey City, NJ (F2F Interview)

JD:

1. Demonstrated expertise in FGPP issue and case analysis, including triage, issue recreation, trace analysis, and effective use of database and GUI tools.

2. Strong FGPP business and functional domain knowledge gained through real-world delivery experience.

3. Proven hands-on experience with FGPP configuration, including Profiles and Rules management.

4. Customer-facing leadership experience, particularly in driving technical discussions and stakeholder engagements.

5. Recent and relevant FGPP experience within the last three years, specifically on FGPP 3.x implementations or support engagements.

Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines

• Solid knowledge of PAY plus USA and/or GFX software

• Solves complex problems; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information (e.g. oversight of data aggregation, leadership of client implementation processes, etc.)
