The Role

• Engage in practical training that provides hands-on experience in social work.
• Support colleagues in delivering targeted, pedagogical guidance within various life and family contexts.
• Gain comprehensive insight into areas such as socio-psychiatric support, educational assistance, and school support.
• Specialize in one of four key areas: Childhood Pedagogy, Social Work with Adults, Child and Youth Welfare, or the School Setting.

What You'll Need

• A (technical) university entrance qualification (Abitur) or a qualified vocational qualification, or vocational training as a state-certified technician or business administrator.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Demonstrated qualities of diligence, responsibility, and confidentiality.
• Strong empathy, compassion, enjoyment in working with people, and resilience.
• Previous experience in a voluntary social year (FSJ), federal volunteer service, or other volunteer work is advantageous.
