Base Pay Range: $138,800/yr - $205,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).

- Build and support models and processes used in the management of multi-asset portfolios.
- Processes include portfolio construction, risk analysis, and manager analysis.
- Contribute to research projects that span portfolio design, construction, and management.
- Revise and create Python computer programs which support the investment process.
- Take on primary responsibility for specific aspects of the team's process.
- Work with groups across Nuveen to ensure success of TDMA platform.
- Communicate team research and processes to internal and external stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 to 7 years' experience supporting multi-asset portfolios.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, computer science or related fields with proven academic success.
- Quantitative focus preferred. CFA, CIMA, CFP, MS, MBA, or PhD also preferred.
- Experience in multi-asset research or investments.
- Committed self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills, and exemplary attention to detail.
- Knowledge of programming (Python) preferred.
