Job Description

As our Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our day-to-day fulfillment success, managing capacity planning, optimizing standard shopfloor operations, and conducting vital quality control to ensure seamless delivery to our customers. What You’ll Do

  • Manage PERGOLUX’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) for the Montclair facility, verifying order statuses in Shopify and Odoo OMS to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.

  • Plan daily inbound/outbound capacity, schedule logistics workflows, and coordinate effectively with 3PL partners and other US facility networks.

  • Oversee and implement new quality improvements across logistics processes, including performing final truck loading QC for secure customer shipments.

  • Own automated shipping communications to keep customers seamlessly informed throughout their order journey.

  • Maintain complete operational knowledge of standard shopfloor processes while actively collaborating with Customer Success to improve response times and information accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a closely related supply chain function.

  • Strong computer proficiency, including hands-on experience with WMS, spreadsheet software, and clear email communication tools.

  • Proven track record in quality control, process implementation, and standard warehouse operational workflows.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills paired with a proactive, independent problem-solving mindset.

  • Experience or certifications in scheduling temporary labor, handling import containers, or operating forklifts and pallet jacks (bonus points).
