Handson experience delivering production ready Copilot Studio solutions or enterprise conversational AI applications. Strong working knowledge of Cowork, Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, custom connectors, Power Platform solutions, environment management, connection references, and ALM. Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, agent orchestration, and AI response evaluation. Working knowledge of AI driven analytics, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, DAX, SQL analytics, dashboards, natural language QA, AI assisted insights, anomaly detection, and data storytelling. Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors, authentication patterns, and Microsoft 365 services. Knowledge of security, governance, and observability practices, including DLP policies, connector governance, OAuth 2.0, RBAC, managed identities service principals, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, Copilot analytics, logging, and production support.Ability to define and execute test cases for agent conversations, topics, actions, response quality, groundedness, regression testing, UAT support, and production readiness validation.Ability to create technical design, integration, deployment, and support documentation.
