Job Title: Test Automation Consultant
Location: Kansas City, MO or Raleigh, NC
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Consultant with strong expertise in Tricentis TOSCA to support large-scale SAP and non-SAP test automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks, along with expertise in TOSCA DEX administration, SAP GUI/Fiori testing, API automation, and CI/CD integration.
The consultant will work closely with the Test Manager and cross-functional teams to improve automation coverage, streamline testing processes, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support large-scale test automation initiatives across SAP and non-SAP applications using Tricentis TOSCA.
• Evaluate applications and identify opportunities for test automation across SAP GUI, Web, Fiori, client-server, and mobile platforms.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Manage TOSCA DEX administration, configuration, customization, and upgrade activities.
• Implement CI/CD and Continuous Testing practices to support automated testing and faster delivery cycles.
• Develop test data management strategies for automated test data creation and maintenance.
• Improve automation coverage by continuously identifying and reviewing test cases suitable for automation.
• Perform defect triage, analyze test results, and prepare automation execution reports.
• Conduct POCs and evaluate new tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Test Managers, developers, business teams, and other stakeholders in Agile/Hybrid environments.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis TOSCA Test Automation.
• Experience with TOSCA DEX Administration, Configuration, and Customization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GUI and SAP Fiori automation.
• Experience in SAP and non-SAP application testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Continuous Testing, and TestDevOps practices.
• Programming experience in at least one language: C#/.NET or Java.
• Familiarity with API automation testing.
• Experience with test management tools such as qTest Manager, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, Rally, and LiveCompare.
