Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support server and endpoint environments.
• Administer cloud-based productivity tools and services.
• Handle user provisioning, access controls, and identity management.
• Support and troubleshoot system and network issues.
• Coordinate infrastructure and security-related projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in server and desktop environments.
• Hands-on experience with cloud productivity ecosystems.

• Understanding of security controls and compliance processes.
