The Role

• Independently perform planning CT scans for radiation therapy with precision and a patient-centered approach.
• Accurately document tumor diseases in the cancer registry for quality assurance.
• Manage administrative tasks, including drafting medical reports and ensuring structured communication.
• Coordinate appointments, pre- and post-treatment procedures, and other operational workflows efficiently.
• Provide direct support during treatments and examinations, including performing blood draws, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) (m/w/d) with a qualification in CT.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with medical nomenclature.
• A committed, communicative, and team-oriented personality with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong sense of initiative, responsibility, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain an overview in complex situations.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility, openness, and a respectful demeanor.
