Data Analyst and ONR On Site Team Lead with Security Clearance

Position Title: Data Analyst and ONR On Site Team Lead Location: Arlington, VA - Hybrid (off-site with telework authorized)  Clearance required: SECRET  Scope of Work: Serves as the on-site team lead providing technical and program execution management support related to analysis, technology improvement, and reporting of S&T and space-based remote sensing research. Coordinates contractor assignments and interfaces with the Contracting Officer's Representative.   Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Provide technical and program execution management support related to analysis, technology improvement, and reporting of S&T research
• Prepare and finalize reports on historic, current, and planned program accomplishments for Flag Officer, Congressional staff, and public presentation
• Coordinate with executives, program officers, staff, and stakeholders to ensure processes and workflows function efficiently
• Lead the on-site contractor team and coordinate assignments through ONR workflow processes
• Communicate with the Contracting Officer's Representative on contracting requirements
• Active Secret clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited college or university
• Ten (10) years of operational fleet experience qualified in a warfare specialty
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Excel)  Desired:
• Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience
• Fleet Engineering qualifications
• Master's degree in Business or public management
