Position: IBM BAW Senior Developer / Lead

Location: Hopkins, MN OR Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Must have a 6+ years of hands-on experience in IBM BPM/IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) development and implementation across multiple versions.
  • Strong expertise in designing and developing end-to-end business processes, workflow solutions, and process orchestration using IBM BAW.
  • Extensive experience with Client-Side Human Services (CSHS), Human Services (HSS), Coaches, Coach Views, and UI Toolkit Controls.
  • Proven experience in implementing SLAs, Exception Handling, Timers, Navigation Events, Message Events, UCA (Under Cover Agents), and Event Manager components.
  • Strong hands-on experience in AJAX calls, Team Filter Services, Caching strategies, Lazy Loading, and UI performance optimization.
  • Must be Expertise in developing and consuming REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integrating BAW applications with enterprise systems.
  • Experience integrating IBM BAW with FileNet, ODAM, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Good Strong knowledge of IBM BAW REST APIs, process instance management, task management, and workflow administration.
  • Hands-on experience in performance tuning, process optimization, troubleshooting, and resolving complex production issues.
  • Ability to architect scalable, high-performance workflow solutions and implement best practices for enterprise applications.
  • Experience in application deployment, release management, environment support, and production support activities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with business users and leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
