Sr Tech Build Lead (2 openings)

Role: Developer

Location: Remote/WFH

Duration: 5 months+ contract

 

Must Have Skillset:

ServiceNow Integrations, ITSM, & CMDB development experience. Need onshore ServiceNow developers.

 

Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions supporting critical infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Configure and customize ITSM and ITOM capabilities, including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB, Discovery and related processes.
• Develop workflows, integrations, automation, to improve operational resilience and service delivery.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Support compliance, audit, governance, and security requirements within highly regulated environments.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

 

Required Skills

• Strong development experience in ServiceNow Platform, ITSM/ITOM
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, Change Management, and Incident Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, API integrations (REST/SOAP), workflow automation, and scripting.
• Experience developing solutions within regulated industries such as Utilities, Energy, Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Telecommunications.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, operational resilience, compliance, and audit controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting critical infrastructure modernization or digital transformation programs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and enterprise integrations.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certifications preferred.
